Notice Needed

Notice begins the moment I receive all of the information required for screening, so please be sure to include all of the verification information needed in your initial email.

I require at least forty-eight hours notice for the following:

  • New clients, using provider references for verification
  • New clients, using employment information for verification
  • New clients, using Preferred411 for verification

Short notice appointments (less than forty-eight hours notice given) are only available for the following:

  • Pre-screened clients
  • Existing clients (who have seen me within the last year)
