Flights more than 2.5 Hours minimum ten hour appointment + business or first class
Outside North America minimum twenty-four hour appointment + business or first class

Travel costs (flight, travel to and from the airport, airline baggage fees, hotel, etc.) are to be covered by you. I require a 25% deposit as well as the cost of the flight to be paid for in advance. For privacy reasons, I will book the flight myself.
